Progress too slow

I'm moving at a snail's pace in my quest at adopting a healthier lifestyle. I keep falling off the wagon. I need to recommit myself to my health and my career. How many times have I told myself this in my lifetime? The other alternative is to give up and allow the decline. I can't do that.

I'm going to try to purchase a treadmill soon. I think if I can walk every day it will help.

    Have you heard of Leslie Sansone and her in-home walking workouts? I learned about her right here at SparkPeople. There is an awesome team (or two) devoted to doing her workouts. I've lost 13 pounds this month "walking" with her!

    The neat thing about her workouts is you can do them rain or shine and in the privacy of your own home. And, with your dance background, you could DANCE through her workouts. The concept is amazing, and I'm proof (along with the others on her team) that "Walking Off the Pounds" works! Take a look and see what you think. You don't need to go out and buy that treadmill!!!!
