I had a good routine check up with my primary care doc yesterday, he's been so pleased with my overall progress and great at giving out the pats-on-the-back!

I finally thought to bring in a bunch of SparkPeople fliers from the Spread the Spark link ( www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
ark/tell_a_friend.asp ) so he could give them to other patients who might be interested. He was tickled with that and promised to make good use of the fliers!

Warmer today, high forties, had hoped to get out for a nice walk, but by the time we got out it was overcast and dreary again...so I passed, would rather get home and use my treadmill and crank up the tunes from all four corners of the room...lol!
