Okay, I've been tracking my salt and the last couple of days have been BAD. So I will try and eat less prepared food. Will get in more water to hopefully flush salt out.
I did go for a walk today. 1.56 miles in 28 minutes.
6 days of cardio (wanted to do 7 but didn't make it)
3 days of strength training
Next weeks goals:
1. add time/distance to my walks
2. add 1 strength training exercise to each body part - uppers will be tricep kickbacks, core will be reverse crunches and not sure for lowers.
