Anyone can win the lottery if they spend enough money. All you have to do is walk in the store. Losing weight is such a personal decision. You have to make it yourself, not your mom, or your doctor, or your spouse or your friends. It has to come from within you. And it's never easy. I've been trying to lose weight for years. Not a lot of weight but 20-45 pounds. It's never easy. You have to commit to work at it.

KNICKI1, Hi! I'm, Annie! Just wanted to pop in and see if I could get you comfortable with the whole blog/huddle thing.

The blog thing is what you're doing right now on this little 'thought' that you sent about how you're looking at the 'Luck wins the lottery, work loses the weight' subject, and you did great!!

When you 'click' on your L.I.L. MOMMIES or LEPRECHAUNS team logo on your SparkPage, it takes you to the team and VOILA!! there's what is called 'threads' which is just subjects on 'stuff' and when you 'click' on the 'Huddle' button, it'll show you whatever any of us have put on the 'ticker' that SLIDES by with mini messages. After you 'click' on that... you'll come to the 'Huddle' page and all you have to 'do' is either type in an itsy-bitsy message (believe me, if you try to type in something long, it'll cut you off) or... when/if you're not in the mood to think up a message (heehee, happens all the time) just 'click' on the little buttons with pre-selected messages for you!! There ya' go. YOU already KNOW how to 'do' the blog and the huddle!!

When you need to send a comment to any of us, just 'click' on our pictures and you'll go to our page. Scroll down to the end, and on the right is a 'Add a Comment to This Page' button. Say what ya' gotta' say... and you've left a message on someone's Spark Page. Go to someone's blog (it'll be on their page right where it is on yours) and read their 'blog' or thoughts, or whatevers (haha) and leave a comment.

Well... guess I'd better mosey on outta' here, since our fearless leader's probably wondering WHERE I am, cuz' I haven't put in my goals yet!
