Part of this week's Lose 10 lbs challenge is to celebrate something I've done that is fabulous... this is something that's always been hard for me, finding things to brag about myself.
I think the thing that I'm the most proud of recently is the fact that while I was on vacation last week my friend and I only ate one meal at a restaurant, and even that was sushi. We didn't have any fast food! We went grocery shopping and bought all fresh and healthy foods. - Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, whole grain bagels and wraps. Our only "indulgence" was a mini Haagen-Dazs ice cream for a treat one night. We did go over our calories a little with alcohol, but we did a lot of walking and some swimming to get exercise.
