Completing 30 Day Cardio Streak...woo hoo!

Well my cardio streak has crossed the 30 day mark...! Started Jan. 6th vowing not to miss any cardio every day. Although there was one day where I was completely wiped out for unknown reasons, I made up for it the next day by hopping on the treadmill both in the morning and again at night.
Unfortunately I'm not seeing weight loss as a result, the plateau continues...but I think I can notice some improved muscle toning here and there. Haven't missed any of my 3 x week strength-training either!
So let's just see how long I can keep this streak going...!!
