green smoothies, no cravings...

Ok- 2 weeks ago, if you would have told me that I would be eating 2-3 cups of spinach every morning and that I would no longer crave sweets- I would have LOL!!! But it's true- the green smoothie is changing the way that I eat... what is a green smoothie???
well the one I make contains 3 cups of fresh spinach, 1/2 cup of fresh kale, 1 banana, 5 frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 2 Tbls. flaxseed meal, and 1 packet of stevia... WOW it's so good, and I am getting so many nutrients in one meal... but the great side effect is that I have noticed that I no longer crave sweets- there is ice cream sitting in the freezer (in my favorite flavor) that I haven't even touched since my DH got it 2 weeks ago!!! AMAZING!!!
