I got on the scale last week at NIGHT! and it said either 136 or 137, not kidding. About died. If anybody thinks they cannot loose weight well you can. I have lost a total of ten pounds from my first weigh in. Mine has taken a long time, but I have not made it my priority. Some one told me 20 % workout 80 % of what you put in your mouth. I try to drink water. Work on eliptical 20 minutes a day that I do work out. I pack my own lunches, but I use to cook everything, but since going back to college. I needed to find foods that were easy to make since I do not have any time. For lunch I bought burritoes, not healthy but not the highest thing in calories and one fills me up. I contribut my last five pounds to 20 min on elptical and drinking more water less soda.
