Getting back on track

So, it has been a year since I started using I stopped using it for quite a while-half a year of so but I am determined to get back on track because I am starting to put a few pounds back on. Slipping back into old unhealthy eating habits. I also stopped going to the gym and I rarely workout here at the house. There are too many distractions or emergencies to tend to with my little ones. I fell bummed because of the lack on self-dislipine and the scales going up. I have always been able to maintain my weight, it doesn't seem to work that way anymore, I attribute that to getting older. My husband on the other hand is a few years older but he puts his head to it and the weight drops off-no fair!
