Woo Hoo, I did the Boot camp Day 4 Abs workout and I feel it! I really like day 4.
I did my morning walk, 42 minutes, 2 miles. IT was 82F at 10AM, overcast and cloudy but I DID wear sunscreen. I also jogged again for a very short distance, and did some jump ropeing, a little bit more each time. I can feel myself building up my cardio endurance. YIPEE!
Still trying to keep up with the 8 cups of water a day, it's not easy.
