New you boot camp and 30 day Shred results!!

Last month I did the new you boot camp, I upped my time on the elliptical, and I started the 30 day shred. I also did very well with staying in my calorie range. I am pretty pleased with my results overall. I feel much stronger, and I am very proud of myself for toughing it out even when I didn't want to exercise!! A few obstacles were thrown my way...first, my back went out. I survived thanks to my wonderful chiropractor! Then, my laptop crashed. I had been taking it in my bedroom and locking the door to do Coach Nicole's boot camp. When my laptop crashed, I got pretty ticked because I didn't want to stop doing the boot camp. I came out of the "exercise closet!" I had to get over my hiding from my hubby and kids when I exercise at home. Lastly, I have developed a bum knee from all the jumping jacks. I have managed not to use it as a excuse to quit and I am still pushing forward! Here are the numbers to prove my success!

Weight Jan. 4th- 263
Weight Feb. 1st- 248
Pounds lost- 15!
lost 2.5 inches from waist!
lost 1.5 inches from hips!
lost 1 inch from neck!
lost .5 inch from thigh!
lost .5 inch from arm!
lost 1 inch from chest!
That is 7 inches total!
