Well, it is finally February!!! The days are getting if only it would stop SNOWING! But this weekend we are supposed to get high 40 low 50 degree weather so that means jogging OUTSIDE!!!

I am going to attempt to run in a 10 mile race in May. I know I need to get in some "distance" running to prepare. I was always good for 2-3 miles. Yesterday I went to the gym and did four miles. You know, that extra 12-13 minutes and extra mile really made a difference in how I feel today!! My muscels are a bit sore today, I know that I did a workout last night. I felt REALLY good after I was done!
