I did my 40 minute walk, 1.75 miles plus did the day 3 boot camp workout. The workouts are getting easier.

I think I'm going to start saving the left over bits from cut up vegetables and toss them into a pot to make vegetable stock/broth. It sounded good in an article that I read.

    I think my mom has made that before. Of course we eat potatoes with the skins on them even when they are mashed potatoes. We scrub them first. You can do the same with carrots or turnips if you like them.
