Last week was hard for me too. It was my first week on my program and I struggled forcing myself to work out. I managed to get in all my cardio for the week and it felt really good when I did. It actually got easier the more days in a row I did it. Now I'm looking forward to this week. As long as I keep up with it I will be fine. 2796 days ago
