So I still don't know how to run but that's ok. I'm actually able to make it through a cardio video without feeling like I'm going to die. Always a bonus. I now weigh 134 (yeay) and my current measurments are
Upper Arms: 11.5"
For the month I would like to be able to start running up to five minutes at a time, get in at LEAST 1300 minutes of exercise, and eat five fruits and veggies everyday.
