Month 2 Goals and Measurments

So I still don't know how to run but that's ok. I'm actually able to make it through a cardio video without feeling like I'm going to die. Always a bonus. I now weigh 134 (yeay) and my current measurments are
Waist: 27"
Hips: 37"
Upper Arms: 11.5"
Thighs: 24"

For the month I would like to be able to start running up to five minutes at a time, get in at LEAST 1300 minutes of exercise, and eat five fruits and veggies everyday.

    You will make it. Just give it time. You are doing great on the weight. I have started dancing for exercise, some of it anyway. It is fun and makes me feel great. If you get in 5 fruits and veggies everyday, then you are doing awesome. I need to eat more veggies. They are not my favorite LOL. Have a great day. Pam
