a year ago this weekend, my duncan pumpkin ate a foot long rope, with knots on both ends, and was in bad shape at the vet hospital.
this year, he and walter almost burned down the damn house by nudging the mini-vacuum across the floor to the boiler that has an open flame. i didnt find out until this morning when i saw it was close to the furnace, so i moved it. the hose was completely melted and gone.
i weighed in at 216 today and since its my weigh in, i got to change my ticker.
my goal is to be at 199 by april 10th, which is r.'s birthday. unobtainable? maybe.
but im gonna try.
there was leftover cheese pizza from last night, and i avoided it. yay. because i really really wanted it. r. offered to give me a slice but i said no.
and r. fixed the treadmill so now i have to work up the motivation to do that.
tomorrow: finish the workout from today that i didnt get to finish. (an hour)
do my 120 minutes.
do strength training, complete with abs.
i made banana date muffins. so good. 49 calories a muffin.
oh, they're mini muffins. but still.
and, im eating dates.
i dont know what dates even are but they sound good for you, and with no fat and low calories, ill eat it.
i am at the lowest weight i have been at in more than five years.
