I'm a little nervous about the Superbowl party I'm going to today. It's with a bunch of my best friend's friends who I haven't met before. I'm not sure what kind of food is going to be there and I only hope there's something I can have. I won't leave it completely to fate...I'll bring some protein powder, a water bottle, a protein bar and some carrot sticks in case there's nothing I can eat. I weighed in again this morning to make sure that I keep my goal in sight. I actually "lost" a bunch of weight between yesterday's weigh in and today. I weighed in at 173.8. That's almost 4 pounds less than my pre workout weigh in yesterday. I know that day to day fluctuations aren't really weight lost, but I weighed in after my pre-workout snack and Turbo Jam so I think it's legit. That's all I need to keep me focused!
Kick butt with Turbo Jam - DONE
Keep goals in mind at the Superbowl party. If need be treat it like a temptation challenge on the Biggest Loser - DONE
