A new month

Ok, so I do really really well the first couple weeks of a new month, then I start slacking off then by the end of the month I burn out. So I'm starting fresh again this month. I am re-doing the New YOU Boot camp workout.
Starting weight is 143 (AGAIN AND STILL!) I would LOVE to loose 3 lbs this month, so we'll see.
Hopefully this killer sinus infection or allergy reaction will lighten up so I can walk and exercise without dragging a box of tissues all over.
