Goal 1 was to add 3 days of strength training and that concluded last night. I also challenged myself above the number of reps by doing 2 sets of 20 (as opposed to 2 sets of 15). Next week I will strength train, challenging myself to do more reps. (Curious to see if the site adds any strength training exercises for me)
Goal 2 was to have 6 days of cardio and I achieved that one tonight. Again I challenged myself by walking farther and doing a little jogging. Tonight my hubby and I walked/jogged 3.05 miles in 52 minutes (17 minute mile & 3.5 mph pace). Next week will be 7 days of cardio, challenging myself for a faster pace.
