Frustration is the name of the game lately. I joined the bootcamp at the beginning of January and have been doing very well. I do 45 minutes of cardio everyday along with the bootcamp videos and have virtually nothing to show for it. My weight has barely changed and my clothes fit virtually the same. I can sit on my bum every night instead of exercising and see the same kind of results in a given month. Everyone says to stick with it that my wieght will all of the sudden drop but I am having a hard time sticking with it right now.
