Completed video for today and polan on doing 45 mins of cardio at lunch today. Will not do the challenge as we have a class meeting tonight and we will have dinner at the place.

Your Bonus Challenge for Friday (optional) is to cook dinner at home. Often, people dine out more (and fall "off the wagon" of their healthy eating plans) over the weekend. Why not start your weekend off right with a healthy, home-cooked meal instead? Make it fun by getting the kids involved or inviting over some company!
