Moved A Ton...

...of wood pellets for the stove today...50 - 40# bags...loaded 'em into the van, stacked 'em up on the porch! Was whupped afterwards, but still managed to push myself on the treadmill for 40 mins. and enjoyed myself...the music pumping from all four corners of the room just INFUSES and invigorates me!

I was reminded during my treadmill session (mostly HAND'S FREE...woo hoo!) of a recent reality TV show I saw featuring this fellow who literally flew...jumped off a cliff and had these baggy canvas clothes which made him look like a human flying squirrel. He had a camera filming his flight on his helmet so you could really get a sense of what it was like...what a RUSH!

Until he hit the cliff...lol...whole lotta bleepin' going on! But that feeling of flying reminded me of recurring dreams I had as a kid of flying. Wishful thinking, I suppose, somehow to shed my pounds and fly...which I HAVE!

During my treadmill session some songs inspired me to hold my arms out as if I was pulling power from the music to lift me into flight...! (hey, maybe these batwings might come in handy after all! :-) )

    Alrighty then! So are you gonna set a goal to try sky-diving in the future!? LOL I know what you mean about wanting to take flight when you're having a great workout - Runner's High! emoticon
