I am trying to set a new "standard" for myself. I get up and do 20 min. of AM Yoga to get my day in focus and to meditate on God and my relationship with Him.
Next it is making a healthy low sodium breakfast for me and my Mom. (Hubby is at work by now) The clean up, change, check day planner for what Dr. apt, RN or PT mom may have. If nothing is on then I do my cardio. This has been kickboxing and stationary biking. On Tues, Thur, and Sat. I also do my strength training as well. I use Sparkpeople routine for this.
After my shower it is lunch for mom and I. Next is mom’s daily PT that I help her with after which it is her shower and I change her wound. Mom has some time on her PC now while I do some house work or get on here. Then it is already time to fix dinner for the three of us old folks. After which I clean (seem to do a lot of that) then we sit down for a night in front of the boob tube. So from about 7 to 10 it’s mindless TV time. Lol The mom (the gamer she is) likes to play some games on her PC I give her the insulin shots and I have down time.
Not an exciting day but it is full from start to finish.
I am working on the standard of exercise and menu planning. It is still a work in progress. Some days are great, some… well… not so much. Lol
God will guide me in all I do if I keep my focus on Him. Blessings to all who come and visit.
