So, my Boot Camp Workout streak was interrupted by life. That's the downside. The upside is that I continued bicycling and even threw in some yoga! I love Coach Nicole's Boot Camp quickies, but with my knee being such a literal pain, I found a good many of the exercises needed substitution. It got to the point where I was subbing out so much, I'd pretty much devised my own plan.
