The New Rules of Lifting for Women --Starting again

I'm back on the bandwagon again. I did this program for 3 months last year. Quiting when I became too tired to continue. I'm more motivated this time around. So back on Stage 1 for the next 6 weeks. I got some really results last time around, but let my calories dip too low. So here's the plan: This program 3x a week (MWF). Cardio those days as well, varying between elliptical, bike and running. Also keeping up on the Jillian Michaels Shred DVD around 3-4x a week. I'm ready to have some real change!!
