Well today I was off from both of my jobs which was so nice. Got to sleep in which was much needed. Got in a good workout and now I'm planning for my dinner. Unfortunetly, I must also finish my assignment for my class tonight. BOO! Hopefully it won't take me too long.
I got to thinking today about exercise. I've committed to 30 minutes, 5 days a week. Now I know there are lots of people who do way more exercise then this in a week. BUT I was wondering if adding more exercise is really all that more helpful. I mean I know it's great to exercise but to me, it needs to be sustainable over the course of my life. After all this is a lifestyle change not a quick fix here. It's not to say that there are not days that I don't work out more then 30 minutes BUT I don't set out to do it. Will this eventually hurt me? I guess when I hit a plateau maybe I'll kick it up but until then I'm just gonna be happy making progress I think.
