The following is a copy of the email I got in response to a request to Cracker Barrel for their nutritional guide. If they can't give me one I have a very good indicator that I do not need to eat anything on that menu because I will not be able to stay within my diet. At the end of the email he says a standard I look forward to seeing you .......Yea right.....you can believe that? I don't think he would really want to know what I think about his lack of ability to divulge information about the lack of healthly foods on his menu. Please email them also.
