I'm still trying to shake that winter slump. I "fell off the wagon" over the holidays, but I'm steadily getting back into healthy eating and exercising habits. We have just started another round of Biggest Loser at my office, so I'm hoping this will help motivate me. I went a bit over my calories today, but did manage to get in an hour on the elliptical machine. I have the day off tomorrow so will be sure to go exercise again first thing in the morning.
