To Streak or Not To Streak...?

Yesterday I gave myself the pleasure of a good swift kick in the behind and when I was SORELY tempted to skip my cardio and strength-training I finally got up and did it at one of my latest times yet...beginning at 10:30pm!

I just knew I couldn't live with myself if I broke my cardio streak...haven't missed a day of cardio since January 7th...woo hoo!

Let's see if I can reclaim my earlier groove when I first started SparkPeople and go 30, 60 or maybe even 90 days without missing a single day of cardio...!
