I met a goal!

I can now jog for 25 minutes on the treadmill without stopping. This is one of my goals that I created for the January New YOU boot camp challenge.

I originally started jogging on the treadmill in August or September and I wanted to work up to a 5K. I am still going and on my way. Next workout I am going to try for 30 minutes without stopping. I usually jog about a 12 minute mile so a 5K for me will take about 36 minutes.

Maybe getting there will be my goal for February.
