Does your skin need a pick-me-up? Take advantage of your weekend by making a fruit body masque!
Blend up pineapples, papaya, banana, grapes, and melon. Refrigerate. When ready, spread on your skin and allow to remain on for a half-hour. To reduce mess, slather this on in the tub - do not forget candles, a bath pillow, an eye pillow or cucumber slices for your eyes, and relaxing music!
Rinse with lukewarm water!
The fruits act to enzymatically shed dead skin layers, hydrate, and provide nutrients for your skin.
