I'm working Stage 3 and this blog will be my developing list of motivations that help me stay on track.
1. I like to feel my clothes sit comfortably on my body without binding at the waist, especially.
2. I like the feeling of standing tall that I get when I'm eating well and feeling good about myself.
3. I like it when my body feels rested and, therefore, aches less.
4. I like feeling good about what I'm doing - honoring myself and my body.
