Challenge yourself!

This worked before for me....so I'm going to do this again! I'm challenging myself to walk every day no matter what! I will start out small...those of you who know me, know that once I start thats all it takes! So...my challenge is...oh yeah, anyone who wants to join in sparkmail me! We can hold eachother accountable!

    I started a couple of weeks ago. I had some advice given me. It's not if I'm going to take a walk, it's when and how long. I'm going to walk no matter what. Since then I took off. I've been walking daily. Now I'm at the stage that I"m going to try the diet thing. I am a compulsive eater. I can let you know if I can do this anyone can. You can do this. Never give up.

    Brrrrrr!! I would, but it is way too cold to make the kids come with me. Good luck girl! I know you can do it when you set your mind to it!
