well i went to do my workout today--very sore from doing lunges and squats yesterday. so i went to do it, though, and found out that stupid exercise tv took most of ms. leslie's videos off of their ondemand service. jerkfaces.
i just cant do squats and lunges. i mean, i can.. but i dont like them and i sure as heck dont like the pain that goes along with it. and i stretched out great yesterday. today, its like a nine minute process to lower myself to the toilet.
i looked at their website, and they maintain that they have not only all of the workouts ive been doing on their site but also two different ms. leslie videos.
so i think i am going to contact them, see whats up.
meanwhile, i didnt give up when i wanted to today. the workouts that are left on there arent my favorite (family walk and the walk and tone, oh and the kids walk)
so i did those repeatedly today and got in 170 minutes of low impact aerobics.
i also dvr-ed some workouts from fit tv--gilad, shimmy, some sort of yoga. it will keep me going until i can get some videos from netflix.
oh. i also weighed in at 219 today. except, when i hopped back on after getting the camera, it said 220. either way, i am pleased. i am beginning to like my body for the most part. until i get a real glimpse of myself in the mirror that is. but i am more comfortable in my skin now and i *think* i am getting back to the real me.
at least, i am meeting people's eyes more and am not embarrassed constantly to be me.
well the physical me.
tomorrow: goal is to get to 200 minutes again.
