Improving but not losing weight.

I have learned something since I joined Spark People. As much as I want to lose weight, I have learned that even though I am watching what I eat, and exercising faithfully, the pounds may not come off the way I want them to. I have also learned that doing the exercising faithfully has made me feel so much better. I move more freely, am more limber and also I don't become as winded as early as before when I exercise. I am getting the confidence that I can do a little more and go a little further in my exercise routine. I am actually enjoying exercise where I always dreaded it before. Thanks to the New You Bootcamp and the people at Spark!!!
