Improving but not losing weight.

I have learned something since I joined Spark People. As much as I want to lose weight, I have learned that even though I am watching what I eat, and exercising faithfully, the pounds may not come off the way I want them to. I have also learned that doing the exercising faithfully has made me feel so much better. I move more freely, am more limber and also I don't become as winded as early as before when I exercise. I am getting the confidence that I can do a little more and go a little further in my exercise routine. I am actually enjoying exercise where I always dreaded it before. Thanks to the New You Bootcamp and the people at Spark!!!

  Last month I stayed the same weight all month. Then I asked myself "What one thing in my daily meals could I change?"
I found it, changed it and lost 3.2 last week and 2.8 this week.

Sometimes we know our own best answers.

    Wow. That's great progress. You feel better and that's what's important. The number on the scale is just a number. You are obviously doing the right thing and learning where your true priorities are. emoticon

    I often have a week where nothing comes off. Weight is just a number. You know what you are doing!!

    Everything is happening for your higher good! Yes, you are correct that the weight may not fall off as desired,-but the process is just as important as the results. You're amazing and inspiring, and I'm so proud to have you as a friend.
