Ok, it doesn't make much sense, but I've gained 5 lbs. I've been working out, doing cardio (4x) and weights (3x) a week. Watching what I eat like a hawk. Ticks me off. Part of me feels like a failure and wants to cut everything out. Live on protein shakes and all bran. I had one minor slip meal, but that can't be 5lbs. That would have been 15,000 calories, and I can tell you that I didn't consume that, not even close. Maybe 600 calories, and I didn't eat much else the rest of the day.
So back to page one. Doing what I can. Working out 45 minutes on the eliptical today and doing weights. Cutting out some other foods that might be hurting me. Can't figure that lightly sea salted almonds could be hurting me, but they're gone. SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW!!!
