My motivation is great Monday through Thursday. This is my work week and I'm able to click on SP between clients, on breaks and during lunch. Weekends are harder as I rarely spend much time on the computer. Also hampering my progress is my crazy schedule Mon-Thur. I'm up at 5:00a.m. to exercise, in the shower and out the door by 7:00 to be at work at 7:30. I leave work at 7:00 pm, get home around 7:30pm, make dinner and eat around 8:00-8:15pm! Then by 9:30 I'm in bed. This is not helping with the weight loss at all.
I'm on day 18 of the boot camp challenge and I'm struggling on the week days with late night eating and on the weekends with over eating. I feel exhausted! The one positive thing going for me right now is SP. I haven't given up, I continue to exercise and complete the daily workouts, but I need to figure out something different at night. I'm hungry when I get home, but even with healthy choices I'm eating way too late. I'm also struggling with a sweet tooth.
I have used Usana shakes in the past to "restart" and get off of sugar. I'm going to start using the shakes at night as an alternative to eating, but as you all know this is only a temporary fix. I am open to all suggestions.
Working to find a healthy life style that will become the norm instead of yo-yo dieting!
