Today's Progress

No weight loss yet

8 servings of fruits and veggies
8 glasses of water
2 servings of dairy

No TKD due to inclement weather
Concentrated on conditioning today

35 minutes Elliptical Trainer on Level 3
4.34 miles

Spark fitness strength workout
2 sets of 15 each for all listed exercises

Feeling really inspired today, due to the Inauguration of the 44th Pres. I am feeling like I can do anything. I will try to harness this energy and use a little each day to drive me towards my goal.
