Thank you for visiting my Spark Page!!! This is now my second week and so far I'm amazed. I was thinking about how Excersize and Food are like wings on an airplane. You need both wings to fly and I am soaring. Thanks to all who said Hi to my sister LESHICCUPS23 & DEROSIAM. My Aunt just joined because my sister LESHICCUPS23 inviter her. I love to see the SPARK become a brighter light. Go DRLOTT!!!
Doing the Cardio Cycle on the Treadmill. I punch in the spead I want and then put my hands on the heartrate grips. It has me right around 140 (beats per minute -- unfortunately that is NOT my weight) and I burn about 200 calories, 4 mph, for about 20 minutes and then a 5 min warm down. Also focussing on strength training and core excercizes. A trainer once told me that the more muscle you build the more calories your body will burn on a daily basis. I like that!!! She told me that your body continues to burn calories long after you stop your weight training.
