I have been doing well. The first week I lost 5 lbs. and then everything just stopped. I am so frustrated right now. I haven't stopped working out (cardio, strength training, the new you boot camp videos, or logging my nutrition. I don't know what is going on! Agh! emoticon

    emoticon Just hang in there ... weight loss can be a real struggle sometimes. As long as you keep on track things will turn around eventually. Sometimes it pays to eat a little above your calorie range ... then drop down below it (never below 1200) ... and then level it back out again. This sort of fools the metabolism. I find that I'll lose weight ... then stop. This is when my inches are melting off. Then I start losing again.
    emoticon Keep in mind that your body is building muscle as you work out ... so track your inches too!

    This happens to everyone. At first you are jumpstarting your metabolism and your body is pretty much letting go of water weight right away. Then things will slow down and once your body gets used to eating healthy and working out, the weight will start dropping agian. I actually gained 4 pounds but I lost 4 inches.....the scale can be deceiving!
