Three Weeks!

It's been three weeks and I am down 6 1/2 pounds! It is such a temptation to eat more now
that it is colder but...I reach for healthy food, not empty calories. Drinking plenty of water
helps. Most of the time, you are not hungry, just thirsty! Drink water-it's what your body is
needing at the moment!
