Hello!! Well today I worked out Chalene for the entire day. I did BC1 and then I did Turbo Jam. That was about an hour of pure sweat. I enjoyed every minute of it!! I have lost about 8lbs so far. Each day I am getting closer and closer to my goal weight and I know I am getting healthier. I even got my dad up and moving with me today. Whoa!! He couldnt keep up with every part; however he started and that is good enough for me!
