Second Post

Didn't do so good today. Ate a bit too much fat today, I know I still fell within the range, but I've given myself a goal to be at the bottom of the range. (but it is extremely difficult to just let food not be eaten.) I have to remember to only cook one portion. Didn't do any formal exercise today, just cleaned the house, so at least I didn't sit on my tooshie all day.

Let's see how my first day at work is going to be on my diet.

I will be buying a scale tomorrow, as the weight I put in yesterday was just a guesstimate. Hopefully I'll be able to change it if I was completely wrong.

I get my kiddos back from their dad tomorrow night. I'm seriously thinking of putting them on this program as well. Ian could use a bit of weight reduction and exercise and Tessa needs to get a bit of exercise as well.

    You're doing GREAT!!! Just by realizing that your fat intake was too much (for your goal setting anyway).... THAT'S THE ROAD TO WEIGHT LOSS!!!

I've been at this for almost 2 weeks and I am learning soooo much and just getting set up and ready for my change, has been really hard. I know I want this so that is half the battle.
