Day 21

I have been craving pizza for the last couple of days, and I decided to just let the feelings come, and smell it when it is in the house. if I can use my imagination, I can pretend I am actually eating it, then that would satisfy the craving. so I searched on the net for someone eating pizza, you tube, wouldn’t you know it, had a lot of people, I watched this wanna be body builder eat this personal size pizza on his stomach hahahahaha, then this smaller Asian guy eat a whole large size dominos pizza, without stopping in 6 minutes, now that was impressive, so watching them helps on some level. I am babysitting today
For 4 hours, so I will bring some apple cider with me, that is the easiest to do. and drink my greens before I go. my back and middle of my body is starting to hurt, but I think it is because I sit on my bed slumped up on pillows while I write theses journal and approve messages on the sites. yoga will help, I have to start it.
Ok back from babysitting, my energy was great, I ran, I chased, I laughed, it was cool, I noticed I felt frustrated with one of the kids not listening, I noticed I had little patience with her, but did not react to it. but it is something I noticed, prob because I live with the same ages at home. so there is really no break. I drank all the juice I brought, and I think I am going for the next week do mono juicing, and get a pill form of greens or powdered form, I need a break.

    if it can be done by the juicer that is where i put it, if the juicer won't do it, it goes in the blender, like my greens go in the blender...man my skin is soft

    You've been pulverizing your greens in the juicer or blender? I just wondered. That's how I always do mine, too. I have the powder but I don't always like the taste it inevitably adds. Good luck with your supergreen next week. emoticon

    Hi there,
    I found an amazing recipe for a pizza that will not totally blow your diet if you top it with the right stuff...not sure if you will be able to incorporate it or not but I find that it helps satisfy that little voice in my head.
    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take a pita, and put salsa (like pizza sauce) on it and as many veggies as you would like. Put cheese on top and voila! Personal sized pizza. Bake in the oven on a cookie sheet for about 10 minutes... I actually got the recipe from Weight Watchers a while back and now my family prefers this over a "regular" pizza...
