bacon isn't particularly filling. i think chicken breast would be a better protein. feeling hungry and tired. probably because I'm starting my period today. did yoga today & made 4oz salmon and 2 cups green beans. glad i want to make the effort. it is a real change for me. Still hungry after lunch & after 2 hrs of fighting a sugar craving made meringue cookie "batter" of 1 egg white & 1/8 cup sugar. fills me up and fixes that craving.
