It is a new year, and with that it is time to try to get this extra weight off. It has been a tough year with weight loss and I have not been able to stick to a diet plan. I need to get to the gym and work out! Exercise is the main ingredient to taking the weight off. So...as I start my "diet" this year, I look forward to all the support I can get from new friends I will make here on SparkPeople.
