Well after celebrating my birthday 4 times in 1 week I did manage to maintain at 210 so that is a victory. Tomorrow I head out for a 1 week family vacation, driving to New Orleans and then taking a 5 day cruise down to Mexico. I plan to enjoy myself but not go crazy. I will exercise 4 times while I am gone and will be doing lots of physical things like snorkeling, walking, etc. so realistically I will try to maintain at 210 but ideally I'd like to shed a pound or two..... I follow up the vacation with a 4 day business trip! YIKES! Once I get home from that I will kick it back into high gear, try to up my cardio to 5 times a week, be better about getting my strength training in 3 times a week and watch those protein grams better (when I get all my protein I rarely am hungry, have more energy and keep the fat and carbs lower!)
