Keeping my calories down!
I've been so HUNGRY this winter season! Even though I stay away from those high-carby sweet trigger foods, I keep gnoshing on one thing after another all day long. I turn to low calorie veggies quite a bit, but obviously not enough.
Feel good about ramping up my workouts, now if I can only pull the reins in on my appetite!
