I had started my treadmill session today planning for once to use one of the programs that comes with the treadmill. You know those programs that vary the incline and speed...? Good challenge, right?
Well, it started at such a slow speed that I almost gave up on the program, but then I thought...all right, if it's SO slow, why not try to go *hands free*...? I've been hooked onto hanging on those side rails since the very beginning...even tho I know I'm compromising my workout, haven't yet given up on this.
So...I did a SUPER job going hands free at least HALF of my 50 min. session! Could I ever tell the DIFFERENCE...whew! Great workout doing both the program on my treadmill and hands free much of the time.
Two challenges tackled in one session...woo hoo! :-)
