Avoid Trigger Foods

Recognize your personal trigger foods. Things you can't stop eating once you have begun.
Do everything to steer clear of them. Stop keeping them in your house. Cross the street if need be to avoid sight and smell. Avert your eyes when you see a vending or candy machine. IDENTIFY your trigger foods and avoid them at all costs!!
